We created the webpage Danish xenophobia victims in order to raise awareness that Danes are exactly as harassed abroad as foreigners claim to have been in Denmark.BeatriceJensenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17106422478811194170noreply@blogger.comBlogger75125tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5067659447992687351.post-19574683687617276812023-06-22T16:54:00.003+02:002023-06-22T17:00:11.007+02:00Travel agencies are in the the quick money (Bali situation)
Years ago many Danish students were lured to Praque which suddenly decided to market themselves as the underage party capital of Europe. Most thought - yes, they were part of the countries which lost the cold war and decided to become members of the European Union so they could milk the other members states making the Danish membership of the European Union a bad business case.

Problem was that it was not the city which marketed themselves as the party capital. It was a number of travel agencies, a number of hotels and a number of bars in Praque, which decided to go for the easy money.

Some 15,000 Danish youth went to Praque and it resulted in chaos for the local citizens who were not ajusted to who we Danish throw a party. We of course know that any new years eve party in the central parts of Copenhagen result in dumpster being burned, McDonalds put of fire (I do not know the cause for this) and fights and vandalism. We are used to that. Parts of Copenhagen like Noerrebro has been like that for many years. And it not only restricted to Copenhagen, ask citizens in Slagelse about the north of the city and citizens of Odense about Vollsmose. I could go on like this.

A campaign was launced to warn youth about the scam from the travel industry and possible show trials like in the communist days down there and the youth remained home after some years.

Peace was restored. The Danish authories went after Danish travel agencies who had posted photos of happy youth because a place like Praque where underaged teenagers cannot drink, can not produce happy teenagers. The travel agencies were fined heavily in Danish courts.

Now we have to look at how Bali is marketed

A present case is about a Danish woman, who made the foolish choice to ride a motorbike dressed in a skirt. As most women know skirts might provide the possible for men to look at what is under. Also as men in Scotland about this.

A local guy who wanted to become offended took a video and reported this video to the authorities. The woman was arrested and she is now risking 10 years in prison.

While the foreign department is helping the woman who was tricked into visiting a country which is not how it is sold in Denmark where it is marketed as an eastern version of Ibiza or the Sunny Beach, it is important to go after the travel agencies. They must stop their marketing of Bali and the rest of the area. It is clear that they as a country is not ready to pay the cost of mass tourism. If they want to keep themselves without turists it is OK and accepted. In Denmark there are also organizations like Post Pandemic Flag Carriers who wants to reduce tourism. In Copenhagen some policians want tourists to go home at 10:00, forcing restaurants and bars to close at that time unless they are within a special tourist area.

Tourism is a problem for many countries and Bali certain has the legislation to make tourists wish they never considered that part of the world for holidays.

So let us first help this poor Danish woman who was victim of a scam to get out of Bali before she is forced to commit to another kind of God just like a Australian fashion model was forced to in order to avoid rape. Next we need to go after the travel agencies so they stop selling trips to that part of the world, so the local population can continue to live in peace.

Illegal in another
Some people did not learn the lesson of the pandemic and they are paying the price.

In 2021 a Danish 21 year old woman named Anna Søby Poulsen passed her gymnasium exam with top grade. A year later she was arrested with the possibility of facing 15 years in prison. Her crime. Buying a local snack in Peru which she did not use before she traveled to Panama where she was arrested. She got out in the end but are now facing a life-long debt.

The lesson she should have learned is that the era of turism is over. The new world is about remaing at home and work on how to improve the country you are living in. The war between Russia and Ukraine not to mention the pandemic, displayed our vulnerability in terms of getting food and other resources to Denmark. A lot of Danes cannot afford food, electricity and heating.

The young woman bought Coca-leaves in Peru where they are sold openly on the streets. Coca-leaves were the exact reason that the Spanish people who came to South America were able to transform wilderness into the civilized countries as they enbled the locals to be more motivated. Today coca-leaves are enjoyed as snack in Peru and other countries in South America.

That is not the case in Panama which is a country that has reinvented itself as the banking headquater in that area. Firms and private citizens have moved their money to Panama thanks to the level of transparacy in their banking sector. The people employed in their banks do not need coca leaves to function. Not even when they expanded the channel which the United States basically gifted them. In fact they own their entire independence to the United States. Otherwise they would basically only have been a province in another country none would have looked at.

So Coca leaves are illegal in Panama because they agreed to join the United States war on drugs coming from poor people. In the United States it is only legal to kill people using drugs if the drugs are manifactored by big medical companies. Everything that looks poor and mexican or colored are criminalized.

All this the Danish woman did not know and that is a sign that young Danes are not taught properly to mentally shut them off from the surrounding world. We already forgot how hard it was to get the Danes back home when the Chinese illness spread all over the world.

The young woman by accident left some Coca leaves in her luggage and the police in Panama arrested her. It took a lot of legal aid to escape the 15 years in prison but she managed and returned back to Denmark with a huge debt of 1,2 million DKK. The courts and officials in Panama needed a little sidemoney to make the prison conditions survivable and lawyers are not that cheap in Panama either because they are used to bill banks helping them to hide money from the tax authorities abroad.

Question is: Should we help this young woman who know have put up a side to get help handling her legal debt? Should we not use this oppertunity to warn young Danes from going abroad instead?

Peru might look fine but it is not a tourist destination when they do not warn people in the airport against buying any kind of souvenir in their country. With this widespead use of coca leaves traces of it would be basically on every item you buy.

Panama is fine for banking business if you want to keep just a little of the money you earn instead of paying it all in taxes which goes to currupt politicians somewhere in the EU or wasted on various projects made by the Danish state. A woman working in the state administration were able to cheat out 120 million DKK from the state because the money were not missed by anyone. A lot of projects are expected failures even when the politicians assign money for them. The politicians just want photos taken when the projects starts up and then they forget everything about achieving successes. Many then transport their hard earned money to Panama. It is their decision. I will not condomn them even if I am not in the position to earn that much.

But both countries should never be regarded as destinations for traveling. You do not need to see them. Just use Google maps and street views instead.

I will put the website of this woman as well as some articles about her below. I will not urge you to use money on her but otherwise I will not discourage you. Everyone are allowed to waste their money. They have earned them. They can spend them. Just remember to stop and sit down. Should you not have learned a bit about the damages caused by tourism? Should you not stay home?

Sources:

Thanks to the COVID-19 virus we are barred from almost all aspects in our social life.

For many it is time to look why this situation happened so fast and what we can do in the future from allowing this to happen again.

What the crisis did show us, is that is DENMARK FIRST!

We as member of The European Union saw no country speaking about what all countries should do as a Union. Instead we all each country fencing themselves up preventing people from entering their country bringing the virus in even when the country inside was suffering.

The countries who are doing best right now is the countries who were the fastest to block foreigners from entering their country. In Denmark the number of people committed to the hospitals are dropping. Denmark was very fast blocking their borders. The results are clear. The European Union is dead. The countries within the Union are not because they skipped the thoughts of an union and acted selfish.

This the lesson we can provide to our children and it is the very lesson, they can use to survive the next pandemic. Because there will be a new pandemic. I will not make theories about the cause. Was it Mao's final revenge after his approach forced people to eat whatever could be eaten so illness can pass between animals and humans? Is it the new 5G network? Was it an attempt to make people think less about how Hong-Kong should be handled by the government in China that went out of control?

We can only speculate and it is not really important.

What is important is how we live in the future. What will we do to prevent virus from spreading in the future. How can we isolate ourselves from the rest of the world? How can we motive people to travel less and conduct less business with firms abroad?

These are the questions we need to ask ourselves.

I wish you the best and will go back in isolation again.BeatriceJensenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17106422478811194170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5067659447992687351.post-36787666989652644932019-07-04T11:23:00.000+02:002019-07-04T11:23:52.385+02:00in France your title mattersIn France, your title matters. People who have worked for French firms know that the distance from management to employer on the floor is very long.

In many even big companies, you can run a firm with 4 or perhaps 5 layers between the top management and the people working on the floor. In French firms 7 or 8 such layers are not uncommon.

So when a Danish truck driver - Torben Nielsen - drove on his first job as a truck driver, he stood no chance when the truck was stopped in customs and they found drugs. He had just been hired and ordered to drive a truck to Denmark and had no chance to know what was inside the sealed truck. Now he will suffer 6 years in prison in France.

In fact the local Danish job-center had ordered him to take the job or suffer punishment work without pay as it is common in Denmark.

The Danish job-market

When you are fired and unemployed in Denmark, you have to report to the local job-center. Here the case worker has a long list of personal friends where you can be sent to be "job-tested" working an ordinary job but your salary is in fact the unemployment benefit and you do not earn the right to vacation. Sometime like in the case of Torben Nielsen, they send you to an employer telling you to take the job or lose your benefit.

Normally the employers working close together with the case workers at the job-centers are in the export business where salary levels are important, so by hiring a large number of unemployed people while they "job-train" them for free, they can get an edge in the international business.

The losers are of course the unemployed people who in the long run will be unable to pay rent and move out of the cities to the parts of Denmark called "The Rotten Banana" robbing not only themselves of a future but also their children because out there you find no schools beyond elementary levels.

This situation is a result of labor reforms made in the 1990's. Labor reforms, the French president Macron are pushing for in France too. However unlike the Danish trade unions which are good for nothing, the labor movement in France has been able to stop this degrading treatment of ordinary tax-payers.

Did Torben Nielsen have any chance of preventing being a part of a criminal organization?

No. Once ordered by a job-center he had to report to a job appointed to him by his employer. In such a situation, he was not allowed to ask questions. You might ask yourselves if picking something up in Spain is not being guilty because earlier cases have shown that tourists in Spain has been blackmailed to collect drugs in South America based on photos hacked by the smugglers where the criminals claim that they will kill someone at home if they do participate.

Spain is the center of most criminal activities in the drug traffic, so yes - Torben Nielsen should have been suspicious. No Danish truck driver has any business south of Germany. That is something which should be left to drivers from the eastern part of Europe who are willing to take risk without thinking of the consequences of other people who might be on the road that day. But then again: We do not know what connection the case worker in the job-center had with Torben Nielsen's employer. Could it be that the case worker actually was in on it and wanted to frame Torben Nielsen? Or are Torben Nielsen one of those people who is not aware about the world outside Denmark and believe the best in people?

If you are unemployed in Denmark and do not behave

The case-workers have punishment in mind of those of the unemployed who do not accept everything the case worker says.

They can be force people into training sessions. Often firms are hired to punish people. Some people were ordered to sit with their feet in cold water all day "to improve their stamina". It did not matter if they caught a cold or even got pneumonia. If they quit, they could lose their unemployment benefit.

Is Torben Nielsen victim of xenophobia?

A bit. He is a foreigner in France. But he also just doing an ordinary job with no good job-title. Customer care, shop-assistant and truck driver are not considered something you choose as line of business for other than fun. He is a victim and now he has six years to accept that.
Suddenly a rigged election brought a new tribe came into power and ended his business career. He tried to go into other business ventures but in the end the new political elite in the country cooked up charges and he ended in prison.

Long gone is the structure and peace created by Cecil Rhodes. The entire country is a turmoil of political corruption. Not even the railroad built by the cost of Chinesee lives are properly maintained.

Of course he should have left the country once the so-called election went against his backers. In fact such countries deserve neighter our business opportunies or the money from tourists.

Now Kim Andersen is back in Denmark where the state of Denmark realizing that unjust was done has given him a small apartment and a plan to be reintegrated back into the Danish society.

Hopefully his story will be a warning against young people trying seek careers outside Denmark. The business ethics which he worked by, is typical for people with modest social heritage. If you are born poor, your life will be served if you serve in a Danish firm in Denmark than living abroad and taking chances, which can make you vulnerable toward obviously unfounded criminal charge.BeatriceJensenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17106422478811194170noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5067659447992687351.post-80284736820005423802017-11-26T09:46:00.000+01:002017-11-26T09:46:34.011+01:00Baby-stroller case - new book projectAnette Soerensen was arrested becaused she dined with a black dude while she had her daughter placed outside a restaurant in 1997. A mixed color-relationship was not looked at with positivity.

She was arrested and her daughter placed in foster care for some days. She was eventually released but was not compensated.

While it was and is Danish custom to leave your child sleeping outside so the babies can develop their lungs, it was not the case in New York and it gave the authorities an excuse to act against the mixed-color relationship.

Now Anette Soerensen will publish a book about the case and she has launched a kickstarter project to do that:
In Spain the authorities discovered a kid marooned on an island which seldom receives more than a few visitors looking for birds. He had been thrown of a boat which belonged to a firm which sailed troubled youth far away from Denmark so their actions would not hurt Danish citizens back home.

Also up in the dark forests in Sweden there have been torture stories about troubled youth. In one of these wilderness programs, the kids rebelled. They were tricked on the trip believing that it was a kind of holiday and then they suddenly had to endure what former soldiers suffering from PTSD put them through. In the end they believed that they were in a real war and a lot of trouble came from that. The teenagers were convicted in court. The authorities realized that they made a mistake because the use of wilderness programs stopped and the next year the teenagers were sent to Danish beaches enjoying happier days.

That is really what treatment of troubled teenagers should be about. Warehousing them under decent condition until the teenagers themselves want to change.

Sadly that is not the case at Turn-about Ranch in Utah. Known from TV for starting the career of English model and reality star Jemma Lucy, they force teenagers through a confronting program. For reasons unknown - properly pure luck - no teenagers have died in their program. However a number of teenagers having left their program claim to suffer from PTSD. But no death until 2016.

That changed when a teenager tried to escape. Sadly an employee lost his life and now the teenager has been charged with first degree murder. That is insane! Did he plan his escape for years or did he just take a chance to escape? Properly he just tried to escape.

But then. He is an outsider. He properly doesn't even share the same religious fate as the locals. He will go down hard because like many small cities in Utah, Escalante in Utah lives of Turn-about Ranch. Despite how wrong the entire idea of the ranch is, jobs are more important.

I am not happy putting a burden on contries like Sweden and Spain when it comes to troubled youth. We should take care of our problems ourselves. I believe that the young man who came out of state to Utah should have been cared for at home or at least in his hometown. Why they have not made it illegal to transport teenagers across statelines for treatment, I don't know. All I know is that at least two families are now suffering thanks to a currupt education consultant who are paid twice by both parents and the ranch for making his referral.

I fight against any kind of outsourcing of trouble. No Dane under 18 should go abroad. Not to be treated. Not to be educated. As Danes we have enough in ourselves. Nothing good comes from leaving your country.

In fact the terrorist who gunned people down in Copenhagen last year was victims of small trips back home arranged by his family so he wouldn't be too Danish and become more radikalized.

This evil must stop.

The life of the young man who was at Turn-about Ranch is lost. His fate and the fact that he was an alien in the state of Utah secures that.

However it must never be repeated.
Combine it with the fact that death penalties can be issued for other than murder is yet another signal. Combine it with the fact that even the legal process have flaws it should send a message not even to consider it for any travel purpose at all.

It is not that the so-called Bali 9 group faces executions. It is the arrest and imprisonment of two Australian women which prove that this Island is simply too dangerous for any person to visit. Schapelle Corby was arrested for smuggling drugs into Indonesia. No smuggler in the world would take drugs from where they are expensive to a place where they are cheap. The entire concept for drugs trafficking is based on profit. Her arrest and the Courts decision to destroy the evidence long before the legal process including appeals was over speak of a cover up.

Then taken into consideration that the arrest and deportation of the Australian top-model Michelle Leslie included extortion and possible political connections combined with the fact that she was forced to change faith in order to reduce the risk of sexual molestation or rape skips Bali as a tourist target entirely.

A message has been sent by the authorities in Bali: “We don’t want tourists here”

Please listen to their message so you don’t become their next victim.
BeatriceJensenhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17106422478811194170noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5067659447992687351.post-49165443995365325382015-02-11T20:46:00.002+01:002015-02-11T20:46:32.812+01:00Positive news but improvements can be achievedPositive news has reached us during this winter break. Fewer students – only 900 compared to 8,000 the previous years – have chosen to go to Prague. The in general xenophobic population down there did send a message to tourists stating that they were not welcome in their town.

Still – 900 are too many. This number needs to be dropped so the students can party in Denmark where the taxation and the revenue from the sale of alcohol will benefit the Danish citizens and the industry which produce it. It is really a question about maintaining the employment rate.

Hopefully 2016 would be the year no Danish student will go abroad. There never was any cultural or internationally benefit from these trips. The marketing material provided from the Hotels showed a country without nothing other but pubs, bars and disco parties too offer. It was that culture which sold the Czech Republic and it proved to be false marketing.

It is kind of sad that the 900 students will experience a bad week but it is with these trips like Nigerian scam letters. There will always be some victims. It is question about informing the consumers hoping to make them aware of the dangers but you will never reach them all.

These years with many students abroad will result in a political reaction later this year where the Danish voters will be asked to enter a closer relationship with the European Union regarding police work and extradition processes. The shameful process where some students were sentenced to pay for damages despite the fact that they had escaped the Czech Republic has resulted in a massive outrage against any closer co-corporation with the European Union. It seems that something good would come from the ordeal the Danish students have been put through down there.

But for now we will just enjoy the fact that the Danish students will buy Danish when it comes to spending money on their winter break.
While the case not reached the courts yet his name is put up worldwide. Even if he is innocent his life is over. He will never be able to work with children again unless he is hired by a burger joint. He must settle with a McJob career.

Heine Ehlers wrote this comment in the New York Daily News:

When the news was reported in Denmark the reaction was: Can it be real? A few years ago Denmark extradited a Danish woman believed to be the kingpin behind a drug operation in Florida back in the 1990s when she went to the United States as an exchange student. A lot of effort was made to talk her into making a deal giving her a few years in prison instead of the 60 years she was facing. In the end she was acquitted but left with a lifelong debt as result of financing her defense. The charges were never real. It was a publicity stunt by the DEA.

I hope that the court can find justice in this case. The evidence seems not to be there but perhaps they are hoping that he would break due to his stay in jail so they can save their faces if he agrees some kind of deal.

Had the cameras picked anything up it would not be case but we are talking of a case based on slander and bullying from a cop. Regardless of the outcome of the case his reputation in both Denmark and the United States will be destroyed. That is how damaging it is to be accused of such a terrible crime.

The result of the old extradition case was that the Department of education in Denmark ceased to accredit exchange student agencies due to the lack of legal security. If this case is based on false charges also it is because he went to the United States without being lawyered up. It needs to be stopped just as American Exchange Student agencies have stepped up providing massive legal aid to exchange students studying in Italy. Young people should rather remain in their home-countries rather than exposing themselves to unnecessary risk abroad. A lot of human rights organizations in Denmark have started a campaign to lower or even put a stop to the traffic of young Danes taking a year abroad. No learning experience can justify this torment the young Dane has to go through now.

Heine Ehlers is right. The advice to young Danes is not to use part of their life working or studying abroad unless they have put thousand of dollars kept in spare just in case they should be involved in any interaction with local police agencies. The time is over when you could go to another country without thinking of the worst case scenario.

Remember Camilla Broe who had to spent a year in prison before she was aquitted.

Remember Louise Woodward who was unlucky to charged with a crime 10 years before the science could prove that she hadn't committed a crime

Remember Amanda Knox who was prosecuted by a prosecutor himself found guilty for abuse of office

The list could be continued. Fact is that there are policemen and prosecutors out there being ready to built their career on charging innocent people for crimes they hadn't committed.

Be safe - stay at home unemployment or not - or lawyer up so the first sentence you will say even at a normal trafficstop would be "I wan't a lawyer"
If not don't travel abroadTwo British women have been sentenced to six years and eight months in jail. They had been caught with drugs in Peru.

Fact is that they once they arrived in Spain were told that accidents would happen to their families at home if they didn't participate trying to smuggle drugs from Peru to Spain. All the information about relatives they have given the criminal masterminds behind the crimes themselves by being on Facebook, Twitter etc. which is normal for many young adults.

That combined with the knowledge that it is normal for the hotels and travel agencies to know the names and hometowns of the guests in advance make it easy to learn all you know to force a person to do all you want.

Because who wouldn't try to save a kid sister or a niece from being run over by a car back home?

It seems that the authorities in Spain have done little to prevent similar cases from happening in the future. They have not arrested and taken everyone in with connections to Peru. They have not clamped hard down on immigrants from South America. Two woman is serving time in Peru under conditions which makes it unlikely for them to survive unless they are transferred to the United Kingdom or they manage to escape like the woman from Norway who aided by the embassy managed to get out of Bolivia.

The death sentence handed out should have resulted in bigger focus on the level of security tourists have to deal with in Spain. However it seems that the government in Spain doesn’t care about the tourist industry or the economy in general. Maybe the unemployment rate in Spain is not large enough. It seems that the only answer people can give is to stay away from Spain.

We urge all people who think about choosing Spain for their next holiday to reconsider. The Internet remembers almost everything. It is quite impossible to delete your entire online history and the criminals who work in hotels and travel agencies know when you leave, where you live and who your relatives are.

Don’t be the next Melissa Reid and Michaella McCollum. Stay away from Spain.

It seems that the police works in the spirit of Ludmila Brožová-Polednová who was the icon for law and order shortly after World War II.

It leaves the tourist no reason for choosing Prague and the Czech Republic as destination for holidays. We urge all Danes not to purchase trips to the Czech Republic in the future.

A contract is a contract. A deal is a deal. Will they not deliver what they promised to sell then the only answer but be to sue both the traveling agencies, the hotel.

We also urge all Danes who is in Prague right now to make videos and document the arrest procedure and publish the abuse on the Internet to warn tourists from other countries to stay away from the Czech republic also.
Most likely you will be cheated. I got a link to a blog with an entry about this problem in my RSS-feed. I decided to quote it in full because a system like this gives Denmark a bad reputation and some might believe that it is a case of xenophobia when it in reality is caused by the fact that the Danish education is second-to-none placing the Danes first when it comes to any kind of job.

Greencard to Denmark is about cheating people

Our politicians created the Greencard system so well-educated people could enter Denmark seeking highpaid jobs.

It is a nice thought but it is a lie.

The reality is that the employees having earned a PhD or something at a similar level end up working as dishwashers or cleaners. Some even have to turn to prostitution.

The problem is simple. No education earned abroad can compete with a degree from the Danish education system. Even a high school exam from a Danish high school qualifies you better to any job than a foreign degree from a top-university.

Often people have paid a lot to cover the travel expenses. They might even have created dept. Then they end up in jobs where they in no way can pay the debt in full during a life time.

I don't know how to reach out to the people around the world hoping that there is a job in Denmark to warn them to stay away.

I have posted this post to warn people because I feel very bad that people are lured here when there is no hope for them.

Please repost this message to anyone you know so these personal tragedies can be avoided.
She is now safely back in Denmark but suffers from emotional scars.

It is not so much a question about justice. It is quite common for the police in India to arrest random poor people and then let an accident happen in the prison so a costly and often difficult trial can be avoided.

The security in India’s jails is very relaxed and the safety of the prisoners cannot be ensured according to a ruling in a Danish High court in another case.

The important lesson learned from this tragic story is that India is not at a level where it is a country you should visit as a tourist.

But it is also important to notice that several countries have outsourced parts of the management of their public computer systems to firms from India. The question whether such deals are secure given the somewhat questionable nature of the handling of human rights both for victims and criminals.

This tragic gang rape raises more questions which need to be answered.
Over thousands of families lost their homes. Many will not be able to return to their homes but have to start over with their lives.

This is not a post where I want you to pity the poor people whose lives will be altered for the rest of their existence.

This is a post to warn tourists from visiting Denmark now where the entire nation is challenged by the elements.

Many people were warned in time and asked to remove their cars before the car would be victim to the flooding’s. Unfortunately for the car owners they police advised them to an area controlled by a private parking firm. Their lives will be destroyed forever because the greedy lawyers who work for the parking firms will follow the poor car owners until they die trying to get a huge amount in fines.

This could happen to you as tourist too. The private parking firms control larger areas of Denmark every day. Denmark is not so interesting that you should risk your entire fortune visiting Denmark and fall victims to these greedy firms.
Unfortunately only the lottery was real. The managers of the lottery was drug smugglers who provided the couple with tickets and two new suitcases so they could be easily switched during the trip.

Now the authorities in Canada and Australia are not corrupt as we see in the middle east, Asia and lately in South America if you read the post last month on this blog. They were able to see that the couple were innocent and victim of a scam so they did not end up in prison for decades.

Be very carefully not to participate in competitions where the first price involve traveling abroad. Avoid third worlds countries and those parts of Europe like Spain and Italy where the crime rate is high.

A group of young men aged between 20 and 24 was behind the attack which left her with damaged eye-sight. The interesting part is that the Spanish police are looking for a young immigrant from Morocco who is suspected to have left the country. A young boy who does not fit the description the girl and her friends gave.

Pressure seems also to have been put on the personal of the night club by the police. They changed their story from identifying a group of older men to the group which should have included the immigrant. We can only assume that the Spanish police for some reason see no interest in solving this crime. Was the real criminal a local man from a rich and influential family?

This case together with the case against the two so-called shows that Spain is no longer to be considered safe for tourists.

Not only are most modern people with various social network accounts where they publish almost everything regarding their life at risk if they travel to Spain due to the risk of blackmail.

The Spanish police itself do nothing to solve crimes committed against foreigners but to blame random poor immigrants as fall-guys. In the case against Melissa Reid and Michaella Connolly the police have according to our knowledge not arrested anyone from the nightclub to have them detained while they investigate the case. The Spanish Police is fully justified to arrest the entire number of employees and detain them for as long as they prefer and yet they have not acted.

In the meantime the British girls have been advised to plead guilty in order to avoid “accidents” in the prison and a promise of shorter sentence. The authorities in Peru are known to have a kind of arrangement with the drug smuggling industry where they get some smugglers handed in return of looking the other way when larger quantities are sent off at the same time. It is cheap easy earned publicity for the police to have them looking good while everyone knows that the crime against drugs are not working on any level down there.

The conclusion is that Spain is dangerous for visitors. Spain should be avoided at all cost. There are countries out there where they appreciate visitors and their money more, so why not travel to a destination where you as a tourist is liked?

It sounds as an invented story but the problem is that we live in year 2013 with social networks where even strangers can investigate family members and friends. Because the criminals are also operating internationally they can very easy arrange for a little traffic accident back home so parents, siblings and other extended family can be hurt if the tourists are not following the instructions from the criminals. If you while you were on Holiday were presented with photos of your nephews, siblings, parents etc. would you be able to decide whether the photos were taken from a social network, Instragram or Google Street View or the result of a person back home who has taken the photos when stress are added because they even put a gun to your head?

No of course not! You have to follow their orders!

Because police has become better catching smugglers, an operation are often done in group where the criminal masterminds expect to lose some of the drug mules. In this case they expected the two women to be caught so other smugglers using the same plane could carry drugs in larger quantities while the police were busy taking photographs of their catch for the media.

The real smugglers may not even be other passengers. In Copenhagen Airport a criminal group of baggage handlers were caught who operated with baggage handlers in other countries.

These girls were setup not when they arrived in Peru but the very minute they decided to leave for a holiday. Employees at the hotel would very easily be able to give contact information for every guest to the criminals so they can start to Google their victims and give the impression that they have been selected as drug mules after months of investigation. Remember that when you book a hotel or pay with your credit card, you give criminals a lot of information they can use searching for personal information about your beloved family members back home.

We are no longer anonymous when we arrive in a foreign country. Due to the Internet it is very easy to find out about everything not only about yourself but also about your family.

What can you do to keep yourself safe?

First and foremost - set all social networks of your entire family to private before you leave for holiday. In fact does it before you order the tickets because a recent case in Denmark proved that criminals were informed by employees at the travel agencies which houses were empty for certain periods. We don't know who employees at the travel agencies work with. We don't know who the employees at the hotel abroad work with. Don't become a victim by giving up any information in advance.

Second - avoid destinations where the criminals are known to work. Ibiza is such a place. Romania is another. They spike drinks so you can drink more putting your health at risk.

Third: If they get you, end your life or try so they get the impression that you are mentally instable. They cannot use a drug mule who acts out. If you are caught the prison standard will kill you anyway even if you get off with a prison sentence as short as a few months. Your family will have to pay for your protection inside the prison - even the food. The criminals have friends inside and if you have told anything but your name they will kill you and the police will not be able to protect you and in fact they have little interest in your life because they have got their 5 minutes of fame when they caught you.

There are no longer drug mules who do it for money. 10-20 years ago a lot of students saw it as their only chance to get their student loans paid. Recent studies have showed people that studying long and hard doesn't pay unless your social heritage allows your to get your education paid fully, so the dropout rate in Denmark are now 20 percent and it is just as the Danish Industry want because they believe that too many get their high school diploma compared to the jobs available. It leaves drug mules who are pressured into crime and because it is a lose-lose situation regardless of the choice people make it is safer to avoid traveling abroad at all and if it cannot be avoid then to set up precautions so you don't end up as a victim.

The Danish authorities has as a result of a rape committed against a Norwegian woman recommend that you don't report violent crimes and rape to the local police. Instead it is recommended to leave the country at once as soon as the doctors have patched you together.

The rape case involving to employees from a firm called THE One Total Home Experience. The rape victims reported the co-worker. As result she was jailed and later fired because the co-worker properly had a higher rank in the firm.

It is far from the first rape case in Dubai where the victims have been jailed instead of the attackers.

A English newspaper reports of at least 5 cases where their countrymen have been caught in a legal drama.

An Australian woman has also suffered the consequences of visiting Dubai.

We must state that visiting this country as a tourist is impossible because the legal protection lacks.

Whenever a country has rules against drinking which is something most tourists do to deal with the burden of speaking foreign languages which takes the toll of most people it is best just to stay away. Yes, they have nice beaches but that you can also find in countries like Spain and Bulgaria.

The Danish authorities has recommend Danish tourists not to report rape or assault to the police. It is possible the closest they can come to recommend that you don't visit Dubai at all.

Think about your security before you leave for a certain place. It can really destroy your life.

There is no doubt that wellknown cases like the cases involving Amanda Knox and Louise Woolward has shown the world that exchange students need to be lawyered up just in case.

International culture exchange has a website which is about 3-4 years old. The number of exchange students and host families in Denmark has been reduced if you compare with the situation 5 years ago. It shows that the work was important.
Of course the modern Germany doesn’t send soldiers to Denmark so they can rest like they did in the past. Today the modern German visitor is a student aged between 15 and 20, who enjoy our laws regarding soft non-dangerous alcohol with a percentage below 16.5 which can be purchased by anybody aged above 16.

Of course the large number of visitors takes its toes on the houses. Of course the presence of several hundred of foreigners put its mark on a small community. But we are not Prague. We knew what the kind of marketing we sold Denmark on would bring of customers.

So the houses will be rebuilt and if a local Mayor speaks of his community being unable to attract tourists there are many other Hamlets to choose among. Jobs are needed and the economy will benefit when larger number of tourists arrive.

As for the damages. It is only a question about setting the price so that possible damages can be covered.

We can only hope that the bribes necessary to deal with the case is paid quickly so they can return home to their families alive.

In Thailand the police is someone you have to regardless if you are innocent or not.

On Wikipedia you can read about a 15 year old Danish boy who was extorted when he fell victim for someone who wanted to claim injuries from his boat. You can also read about a man from Canada who was shot dead by an off-duty police officer. The police officer claimed that his gun misfired 3 times. The poor Canadian man did not get his wallet on the table fast enough.

Thailand is a dangerous place if you get the attention from the authorities. Please pay them quickly or your health could be at risk.

In Denmark it is legal for two persons aged above 15 to have sex with each other. It is a Romeo and Juliet law because a person aged above 18 can be punished if the partner is below 18. But the fact is that the laws in Wisconsin are very similar to laws seen in the Middle East. Short to say: It is not a safe place for Danish Exchange Students to study.

Beside the middle age laws about relationships the state has no proper schools. Having asked the Danish department of education the answer is that credits earned in any school in Wisconsin cannot be transferred to Denmark to the huge difference in the quality of education. The Danish school system is simply too advanced compared to the so-called schools they operate in Wisconsin.

The exchange student agencies who arrange these stays in Wisconsin should stop their traffic because it puts our students in a dangerous position. In fact it also endangers the local youth because they risk registration as sex offender the rest of their lives just because they had sex with a partner aged the same as themselves on a consensual basis.

The two companies which are involved in this case are the US-based CETUSA and the Danish company Explorius. Please stop using them until they have made a press-release where they announce that they would no longer send Danish Exchange Student to state where the age of the exchange student is below the age limit for consensual sex.

The two firms must either comply or we will start a campaign to ensure the safety of our students. This case must never be repeated.

The authorities in New Delphi have intervened against the humanitarian tourists who enter India to spend a mixture of a holiday and aid in India. Typically they volunteer for a number of days in group homes or hospitals.

But the recent extradition case of a Danish humanitarian has brought attention to this form of holiday and has angered the central government in New Delphi who believes that they govern a modern state. New set of rules has prevented many of them from entering India. Tourists are recommended to find other places where their aid can be useful.

Continued aid to the general population who unlike the political elite up in New Delphi suffers disclose to the world that India is poor undeveloped country which should not have been allowed to exist from the very start.

Fact is that India is founded on violence and has been expanding on violence. When the British had saved the population from the Japanese attacks during World War II they wanted out and the states that had been the core of the peninsula for centuries were given 3 choices.

They could join the India central government being governed by the political elite in the central government.

They could have their own independent state.

They could join Pakistan as an alternative.

States like Junagadh, Hyderabad, Bilaspur, Bhopal and Travancore were forced to become a part of India. In 1960 India suddenly attacked the areas Portugal was negotiating to transfer to India. Peaceful talks and negotiations have never been something the central government in New Delphi has been used to.

So we are talking of a non-democratic state (proven in Danish court 2012 as part of the extradition case) which believe that they had a role to play in the international community. Even neighboring countries like Ceylon had to endure their interference. They were however taught a lesson by a freedom fighter named Thenmozhi Rajaratnam.

The aid given by Danish tourist is an embarrassment for the central government. That is why Danish tourists have been targeted. It doesn't matter much. In fact Denmark would not suffer if trade between our countries would be brought to a full stop. In Denmark workers from India has only brought suffering and hunger as when they provided cheap labor in the CSC conflict. For young Danes their interference have resulted in a lowering of students seeking jobs inside the information technologies sector as they would not be able to feed their families for the low salaries the outcome of the CSC-conflict has resulted in.

There is a general concern that other third world countries which concern themselves very little of the wellbeing of their population would walk down the same path as India. Denmark has a large industry dealing with human-aid projects in the third world. Bribes which are necessary to be in that area results in kickbacks to the Danish industry who sells luxury goods to officials and politicians. Jobs could be at stake.

For the Danish tourists this situation could open their minds for aid to Danish citizens who has been suffering by the removal of early retirement and cuts in students grants. The time for aid abroad made by ordinary citizens has come to an end. The Danish population who are among the people in the world who are suffering at most could really use the help and aid from their common citizens.
In order to help the population in a remote part of India called West Bengal he was approached by a Danish businessman who acted on behalf of the British Secret Service and the central government in India.

They were not happy with the present government in this particular state. They killed local citizens and because the operation Holck was a part of failed, West Bengal continues to suffer from low Human Development Index level, substandard healthcare services, a lack of socio-economic development, poor infrastructure and political corruption and civil violence. The population has no work morale and engages in strikes all the time.

To make the operation a success the Indian radar monitoring the borders between Pakistan and India was shut off. We are talking of a border between two countries that have been in war several times. Why take such risk unless you know what kind of plane which will pass the border.

When the delivery went wrong the authorities had no choice but to order the plane down and arrest the people involved. Then the interesting question is: How did Holck escape? Fact is that the central government in India knew of the paper trail in Denmark. They just couldn't kill him off. So they aided him out of the country.

So why are they trying to get him extradited now, when they helped him back then?

Because in New Delhi new people are in charge. The butchers in the Ghandi family have been killed off by martyrs representing citizens who have been attacked by the central government and the present government does not want a new Ghandi in charge. Could they prove that people placed high in the administration had aided Holck they could get some of the old supporters out.

So if it is just a question about domestic politics why am Holck not safe in India?

Because there are supporters of the old regime in the prison system. No prisoner is safe if the individual gives India a bad name. Just look at the high profiled rape case which brought headlines in every corner of the world. It was a case the government didn't need because it also gave coverage on the general viewpoint of women in India. Women and children in India are dying every day because they are accused of witchcraft. Yes here in the new millennium this is still ongoing.

The main suspect in the rape case was put in the most secure prison in India in a special unit where he could be protected from other inmates and he was under special observation from the employees.

Suddenly he is found dead. Suicide they say. But there is not a single person who doubts this ruling. We all knew how damaged India's reputation was due to this rape. Not because some men raped a woman. It happens in every country. No, the case was an embarrassment for India because people didn't help the woman.

The government had to catch some random people and get them hanged so they could show the world that justice had been done. If some of the suspects happened to have an alibi they had to secure that they were silenced.

The same goes for Holck. What he knows is dangerous for some of the old members of the central government. Holck's knowledge could decide who will win the next election. They will silence him for sure before the trial could come to an end.

That is why Holck never should be extradited to India.

But shouldn't he be prosecuted?

Of course he should - in Denmark!

We need to teach our children that they should not concern themselves with the conditions in the third world. Aid to the third world is a matter for governments and the industry. It is a question about politics and trade. It is not something about who is starving.

When Danes do crimes abroad in third world countries it has been a custom to smuggle them home to Denmark and convict them hard. An aid worker has some unhealthy relationships with children in Madagascar. He was sentenced in Denmark because the courts in Madagascar didn't have the quality to secure a correct sentence.

Fact is that the courts in India also lack the quality to handle such a high profile case. If they really want him to testify, then let him be convicted in full public in Denmark so they can get the ammunition for their next election.

India am talking about making it harder to conduct trade between Denmark and India. Is that not a threat?

Not exactly. They will make it harder for Danish tourists to spend some of their holiday aiding the poor the government down there doesn’t care about anyway. We will write about that later this month.

And as a lot of Danish workers know, we could live without Indian strikebreakers. Remember the CSC conflict. Here secured cheap labor from India hunger in Denmark. The actions of these strikebreakers meant the education in Information Technologies is wasted for Danish youth because they would not be able to earn a decent salary once they leave school and seek work.

There is nothing lost if outsourcing to India will be stopped. Our only problem would be where to put our worn out ships and where we can import pesticide products to our farmers from. Such products need to be produced in area where none would bother if chemicals slips out into the surrounding areas but this problem should be something we should be able to solve.

What does ordinary Danes think about this case

We as Danes are tired of the Niels Holck case. Living in a superior culture with a justice system with a standard beyond any system in the rest of the world this extradition case is hard to understand.

India needs to understand their place in the world and to be put into place. No what the consequences the Danish government needs to stop fooling around and make it clear that our courts have spoken. They have condemmed the system in this third world country. They should ignore any communication from India. In years to come the interest in this case will die out and perhaps some day India will come to the conclusion that they need to go some distance before they can be considered to be a real democracy our part of the world would respect.
